In order to apply, or for more information on loans, please call Greg Beckham at 707-322-0770. Typically, the following documentation will be required in order to submit your loan for a formal approval, it would be a good idea to begin to gather these items so that you can easily submit them to your loan officer:

PURCHASE LOANS

Where applicable:

  1. Most recent 2 years of 1040 federal tax returns, including W-2′s
  2. Most recent 2 pay-stubs (if employed as an employee)
  3. Most recent 2 bank statements to evidence down payment
  4. Social Security Card and Valid Driver License

Your loan agent will supply you with a list of any other documents you may need.

REFINANCE LOANS

Where applicable:

  1. Most recent 2 years of 1040 federal tax returns, including W-2′s
  2. Most recent 2 pay-stubs (if employed as an employee)
  3. Most recent 2 bank statements to evidence down payment
  4. Social Security Card and Valid Driver License
  5. Insurance agent contact information
  6. Most recent mortgage statement
